ISP billing with M-Pesa: tills, paybills, banks and mobile money
Your customers pay you, not us. VunaFlow sends the payment prompt, confirms the payment and switches the customer on; the money lands in your own account.
Kenya
- M-Pesa Buy Goods till or paybill, your own. No Daraja app needed for a till.
- Bank paybills: collect straight into your bank account.
- KopoKopo, NCBA and Paystack if you already use them.
- PPPoE customers pay to your paybill with their account number and renew automatically.
Tanzania
- PalmPesa and AfriqorePay: Vodacom M-Pesa, Airtel Money, Mixx by Yas and HaloPesa from one prompt.
- Selcom and Flutterwave if you already have an account.
- Prices shown in TSh on your portal.
When a payment goes wrong
- Every payment is listed with its status: paid, failed, cancelled by the customer, or waiting.
- A paid customer who did not get online is flagged, and you can resend or extend their code.
- Customers get the code by SMS so they can log in again on another visit.
Cost
0% of payments. The mobile money provider's own transaction fee goes to them, not us. VunaFlow is KSh 500 per router per month.
