Hotspot voucher system: M-Pesa vouchers, printed codes and agents

Every hotspot sale in VunaFlow is a voucher: bought on the portal with M-Pesa, printed in a batch for cash sales, or sold by an agent. One system tracks all of them.

Ways to sell

  • M-Pesa on the portal: the customer picks a package, approves the prompt and is online. The code is also sent by SMS so they can log in again on another visit.
  • Printed vouchers: generate a batch for any package and print them for your counter.
  • Agents: shops or people who sell your vouchers. Each agent has their own login, sells codes, and can be shown on your login page so customers know where to buy.
  • Data bundles: sell by megabytes instead of time if your customers prefer.
  • Offers: run a package only at certain hours, for a limited time, or for the first number of buyers.

Control after the sale

  • Each package sets the time, speed, and how many devices can share one code.
  • Codes that are used, unused, expired or removed are listed separately.
  • If a customer pays and does not get online, you see it and can resend or extend the code.
  • Customers who come back can re-enter their code for the time that is left.

Price

KSh 500 per router per month and 0% of your hotspot sales, whether a router sells KSh 5,000 or KSh 100,000.
