Example
One router selling KSh 50,000 of hotspot a month, with 10 PPPoE customers: KSh 500 + KSh 150 = KSh 650 a month. If sales double, the price stays the same. On a 3%-of-sales model the same router would pay KSh 1,500 for hotspot alone.

Payment options for your customers
The money goes to your account. We never hold it.

Common questions
Do you take a percentage of my sales?
No. Hotspot is a flat KSh 500 per router per month. PPPoE is KSh 15 and static IP KSh 25 per active customer per month.
Do I pay for customers who have not renewed?
No. Only active PPPoE and static IP customers are billed. A customer whose time has run out costs nothing.
Is there a minimum fee or contract?
No minimum and no contract. Pay monthly and stop any time.
Is there a setup fee?
Not if you connect the router yourself; it takes about 5 minutes. If you want our team to set up the hardware, that is a one-time KSh 1,000.
How much is SMS?
KSh 0.75 per message, only if you use our SMS. You can also send reminders by WhatsApp.
What happens after the free trial?
The trial is 3 days. After that you pay per router to keep the dashboard. If you do not pay, your dashboard pauses but your customers' login page stays online, so you do not lose sales. Nothing is charged automatically.
Where does my customers' money go?
Straight to your own till, paybill, bank or mobile money account. We never hold it.
