What happens after the 3-day free trial?

Pick any plan and keep going. If you don't, your routers and customer-facing portal stay live, but admin features pause until you reactivate. Nothing is auto-charged — we ask before billing.

Which MikroTik routers are supported?

Anything running RouterOS v6.45+ with API access enabled. We've tested across the RB750, RB951, hAP, and CCR series.

What are the M-Pesa transaction fees?

Safaricom Daraja charges its standard transaction rate, billed directly to you by Safaricom. VunaFlow takes no cut of customer payments — your monthly subscription is the only thing you pay us.

Is customer payment data secure?

All Daraja API credentials are encrypted at rest. Customer phone numbers are stored only as long as needed to issue receipts and reconcile sessions. We never sell or share data with third parties.

Can I import existing voucher batches?

Yes. The Vouchers page supports CSV bulk-import for existing codes, and you can generate new print-ready batches from inside the dashboard.

Do you offer setup help?

Every plan includes guided onboarding documentation. Growth and Scale plans also include free router-config calls so we can walk you through your first hotspot setup live.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — cancel from the Billing page in one click. No long-term contracts, no early-termination fees.

Everything server-side: hosting, updates, backups, your branded portals, M-Pesa processing and support. No setup fee, no contract — pay per active router, monthly. Stop any time.

What's the difference between hosted and perpetual?

Hosted (KES 500/router/month) — we run everything on our servers; you just sell WiFi. Best for almost everyone. Perpetual — the platform runs on your own hosting and domain, fully rebranded; we build and deploy it for you and keep it maintained. Priced per project — talk to us.

What MikroTik router do I need?

Any MikroTik that supports hotspot. For a smooth, reliable hotspot we recommend a router with at least 128 MB RAM (e.g. hAP ac²) — the very smallest 32 MB models can run but struggle under load. Not sure? Ask us before you buy.

How long until I'm live?

Hosted: minutes. Sign up, paste one command into your router, add your M-Pesa and packages — done. The usual long pole is Safaricom Daraja approval if you don't have a Till yet, so start that early.
